What do I do if he loves me and I dont love him back?

ok my best friend is a guy his name is jermey well we have been friends sence part of last year adn have gotton really close but the thing is he sorta fell for me (hard) (most of my guy friends do) but I dont like him that way back well over the summer I sorta did but I had a boyfriend and I was happy and I still have that boyfriend but wh I was dating my boyfriend over the summer I kinda flirted with jermey and he got crazy over me I love him but like a brother adn im tired of hurting him by just being near him we have tried to stay away but its just to hard I dont love him so what can I do
