What could one do to add weight?

Am 27years old lady what can I eat to put on weight because I weigh 48kg and am not happy ?

Dont stop exercising if you are. Make peanut butter sandwiches and eat 1 or 2 just before you go to bed doing this you should start puting on weight at a health rate. Muscle weights more than fat and is far healthier and more attractive you might try weight training.(Most women are afraid if they weight train they will look like body builders this is false, female body builders need a very specialized diet and workout schedule.)

well, it depends on your height, and im assuming your tallish so eat fatty foods, but still have healthy aspects in your diet, and less excercise, but still some excercise, but it all depends on your metabolism. Oh yeah, hae snacks during the day
