Energy Drinks are basically glorified cans of soda… just with a lot more sugar and caffeine.

They can cause insomnia, accelerated heart rate, high blood pressure and dehydration. Some say we don’t know the long term effects of some of the ingredients and combination of ingredients.

Like with anything, just take them in moderation. (I know a girl who drinks them like crazy… she’s 19 and constantly shakes like a drug addict)
