How long does it take to recover from an energy drink crash?

So drank them like 7-8 hours ago. And I still feel like I have absolutely no energy. I also slept for four and a half hours after. Ugh. Never again will I drink that many energy drinks.

From what I have been told you don’t recover until after you get enough sleep :)

how many did you dirnk?? cuz my friends i bought 30 tonight and iv had 1 tonight.and one tomorrow but imm gonna save the rest till wensday;)

You have to wait until it’s out of your system, and that can take several hours, maybe even days, depending on the amount consumed. Lesson learned. Next time you need energy, get it from a reliable source like raw vegetables and friendly carbs.

Drink plenty of water and try to pee it all out of your system.
