First of all, stephanie1987 has the right idea but I’d like to add to it by saying that if you do the following, it should work, but, again, it won’t happen overnight. This is a diet that I made up back in the ‘80’s, but it should be easier having the Internet available to you. Here goes…
Keep a daily journal Buy a book that lists fat grams for food or find a good site on the Internet Weigh everyday and write it down. Don’t be discouraged if you, actually gain a pound sometimes. It fluctuates. List everything you eat everyday List the amount you eat List the amt. of fat (30 grams of fat a day worked for me) Calories 1200 per day Limit the amt. of food items to one serving per item per meal Walk everyday for 30 minutes or more. I used to want round & round my house when I wasn’t near a track. Exercise
It should look something like this:

Breakfast:
Type of food Amt. Fat Calories List anything else you want, here
Toast 1 slice 2 gr. 100 ?
Jelly 1 tblsp. 0 50 ?
Orange Juice 6 oz. 0 50 ?
0 200
*That’s an example of one meal. I don’t know if those are the correct numbers.
Do this for every meal. I used 1 page per day. List the 3 meals and also write down the kind of exercise you did and for how long. I did 20 to 30 minutes of arobics Do whatever exercises you do (if you don’t know any, look on the Internet). You may want to do research to see how much exercise you should do per day. But do some kind of exercise, at least, 5 times a week.
*Note: I’m no expert, by any means. This is how I lost weight. I lost 30 lbs in several months time by doing this and staying with it. It takes a lot of will and it’s good if you have the support of someone. My boyfriend was working against me so I had to be very strong. But if you want it bad enough, you can, even with someone like him.

eliminate junk, get atleast an hour of exercise in a day, eat healthy, and don’t push yourself too hard.
something that helped me, if I got hungry between meals, I ate little things like grapes and special K snacks, but I left myself hungry and didn’t make myself full from it.
cut a chunk of fat off just kidding I think eat a big breakfast try slowly becoming more active and cutting out fat foods now not completey but gradually cut back
If you want to lose weight, don’t push yourself too much, be patient. Eat 3 healthy meals a day, and stay active. You cant expect to wake up and see results right away, its something you have to stick to and really focus on.
