Water blisters when running

When I am running I sometimes get these water blisters on my arms. Anyone know why?

If they’re on top — they’re probably blocked sweat pores — If they’re where your arms tend to rub, they’re from the friction of the skin rubbing against you…

You might try some exfoliating soap or a rougher than usual wash cloth to see if that helps.

If it continues even after this, you might want to talk to a dermetoligist to see what they think —

You’ll see this quite often when someone gets a slight sunburn, but not enough to hurt — the outter layer of skin was killed by the sun, but the skin underneath is still doing what it’s supposed to — and sweat can’t get out because the dead skin doesn’t allow it to breath the same — a slight rub of the skin, and the blister breaks leaving the fluid from it behind.

If they don’t hurt, this is probably something similar…
