If it’s for a bird and if you have the money to spend on it, then yes. If you don’t think it’s worth it then no. It just depends.

I have a beautiful vintage floor stand and matching cage left to me by my grandmother. I do not own a bird and even if I did, I probably would not use it. It seems rather small and not designed for the comfort of the bird. If you are getting it for a bird, get the best cage for that particular type of bird, don’t buy a cage just because it is cute or vintage.

Also, as I don’t have a live bird, I keep small glass birds from Italy in the cage, they are about an inch or so inlength and look quite pretty.
