Trouble with the boy-best-friend!!!

Ok, here is the story! My best friend … Lets call him joe… Well we have been best friends since grade 4. In grade 5 his stupid mom made him move all the way accross the country, and so the only time we see eachother is every odd christmas, and summer time. We have mannaged to stay really close via msn and email. We tel eachother everything. Everything changed this year, when he started having sex. I am still a virgin, which I am fine with…by the way. Anyways , he started having sex, and he started drinking a lot. I am fine with drinking, but I dont like to do it all the time like he does now, and when he does drink, he gets stupid and mean. Anyways, I am worried that were going to start drifting apart once he goes back home after summer. What do I do??? Do I say someting to him? Do I tell him how I feel about it. Its just that we have been best friends for so long, and I dont want to give up on it. Help please??? And I am sorry this was so long!

if I were you I would talk to him about it, you say you can tell him everything so tell him how you feel. tell him that he means a lot to you as a best friend and see what he says. sometimes people change and theres nothing you can really do about it so you’ll either have to accept him as he is or don’t stay best friends with him. a lot of relationships you have with people don’t last a long time that’s why so many people have had a lot of different best friends in the past. worse comes to worse in time you’ll get over it though. hope I helped
