Learn to survive and eat well, learn to be down to earth and live a stress free life no matter how hard or heart breaking it gets. You have to always look on the bright side, eat right, take care of yourself and exercise regularely… and the most important is Learn to Survive because everybody will be in a survival situation one day.
Smoke cigarettes. Drink alcohol. Stay out in the sun until your skin blisters. Play in traffic. Jump off balconies. Contract AIDS.
No seriously, umm, gosh I don’t know. I don’t intend to get religious here or anything but it’s out of your control. So maybe a more reasonably stated question would be, “What can I do to prolong my life?” I’d say drink lots of water, avoid secondhand smoke, visit the doctor regularly, wear sunscreen, and wash your hands often. And don’t do things that are stupid.
A lot of how long you will live depends on genetics. If you are predisposed to heart dissease, cancer, etc. than you have the odds against your living to a tripple digit age.
Of course we can all try to reach our genetic potential by mainaining a healthy weight, eating a healthy diet, getting a healthy amount of exercise, and avoiding exposure to environmental toxins.
I DUNNO HOW true IT IZ BUT I HEARD SOME GRANNY LIVED UPTO A 100 and SHE DRANK A GLASS OF MILK EVERY DAY… BUT UM GENETIC PREDISPOSITION HAS A LOT TO DO W/ IT BUDDY… IF BOTH your PARENTS LIFE EXPECTANCY IS UPTO SAY 80 THERES NO WAY your REACHIN 100… SORRY TO BURST your BUBBLE BUT DATS DA DAMN TRUTH
