Is it possible to get a ticket if you are already of the car?

I heard that you can’t, but i wouldnt test it out.

i mean kuz u know how they are, if they say something its that, u cant really fight over it because its ur word against theres. that just sucks!

Yes you can, here anyways, if the officer observed you doing something, followed you and witnessed you getting out of the drivers side of the car.

yes i just learned about this in my government class and we were told they can as long as they witnessed the crime
