How can I lose weight in my thighs?

I’m 13 and I’m a little overweight for my height. I would luv to loose weight but mostly in my thighs. do you have any suggestions for either my weight or thighs. I’m desperate

Well, If you wanna lost weight and your thighs, go on a healthy diet. And do a lot of exercises. Walk a mile, do squats. those things have works for me. TRY IT!

I have always had thigh problem as well. Try doing some excersies with ankle weights. Leg raises, leg curls (lie on back, hold up legs and move legs belows knees up and down.) these are good starting points. also walking and jogging do wonders. Have patience, you will get there and you will be beautiful! Of Course, remember, you already are..we women are beauty.

running is the best thing for your legs you could swim using only ur legs since it is summer squating with weights in your hand will also help when u walk try to make it as powerful as you can. strech before you these things will also increase the weight you loose in the area

Pic up the Abs Diet book for women. The whole premace of the Abs Diet is eating healthy and exercising to show your core muscle - your abs! When you’re abs are in shape, the rest of your body will pretty much fall in line. You can focus on lunges and squats for your thighs.

Ok first of all DON’T try any of this dieting cr*p! I was watching a documentary about diets and stuff and the only actual effective diet is just eating healthily and having a balanced diet but not starving yourself and doing plenty of exercise. Try goin for a run/walk each morning or when you get back from school or going for a swim twice a week or something. Hope this helped! Good luck hunni! x
