Could we sue for this?

So my mom has been complaining about the fact that our shower runs out of hot water after 2 showers(6 people live here, and it was fine until this guy put in a new boiler system or something like that…it was fine before that. So my dad finally cracked and called the same guy back to fix it. He came today and “fixed” it. But now we get NO hot water at all and the heat isn’t working and it’s freezing. My dad called the guy back and he said let the unit warm up and everything will be fine…that was three hours ago. So now the guy is refusing to redo it for free. So I hate to bring up the idea of suing the guy but still…

I wud get somebody new to come and fix it and make the first guy pay pay it, then if he doesn’t pay I believe u can sue him then

Ofcouse you can sue him, he didn’t do his job right and he wounldn’t it fix! Unlest you give him more money! WTF? I wounldn’t let him try to fix it anyway, he’ll probly just f* up again. Sue his azz and get someone who knows what their doing to fix it, before ya’ll freeze your azzs off.

The best way to deal with this is to call in a new guy, have him fix it, then take the first guy to court to get your money refunded. If you wait until you go through court to have your water fixed, you’ll be out of hot water for at least a few months. Make sure you ask the new guy to state what was wrong with the heater as it will be evidence in court that the first guy didn’t do his job.
