How to stop feeling anxious in class?

Ok So Im Really Stressed (To Much Coursework! ) And Sometimes I Get Panic Attacks (Lol) How Do I Make Sure That I Dont Have A Panic Attack Because Its Horrible When Im In Class ):

Well the ambulance came to get me while I was at school, (stressing) and they told me that I needed to isolate myself the next time that happened. And to breathe VERY VERY slowly.

Hey, When I was in Nursing school I started having panic attacks. I actually got on Xanax which helped but was awful when I had to get off of it when I got pregnant. I would not suggest it really. Although it did help, the real problem was I was trying to be perfect and make excellent grades and I put too much pressure on myself. I would suggest that when beginning to have a panic attack, just start to breathe slowly in and out and (this may sound silly) but I said its all okay over and over. Stop what you are doing… Mine were really bad in the middle of the night. Try to find a way to take breaks inbetween studying for tests etc, and realize it is not the end of the world if you get a guestion or two wrong… :)
