When should I start applying for financial assistance for college?

so if i want to attend university in febuary 2013 when should i start doing my ucas form and when do i start doing my student finance. also is it difficult to apply as an individual rather than with a school? i need help please thank you

I would suggest you to go to the univ in person if possible, or go online. Go to the admin and try to get much information about it. Then prepare everything you need to prepare before the due time. good luck.

You will need to check yourself when applications are open. And then as soon as you find out they are open, apply :).
