I think what hes trying to tell you is he still has strong feelings for you, but can or dosent want to. I’ve been in your situation I understand.

What you mean “but then he doesnt”? Did he say he does then say he doesn’t? If that is the case then he is probolly confused on ho he feels about you,but if you say or think that he doesn’t love you. Then ask yourself why do you think that.
