How slow do you have to be going to drift without rolling in a 3,800 pound car?

That depends on the coefficient of friction between the tires and the ground, The height and center of gravity of your vehicle, weight distribution throughout the car, the angle of your turn, etc. It’s next to impossible to determine with what little info you gave.

I’d say on snow/ice, you can safely drift between 20-60mph. On wet pavement, I wouldn’t do any faster than a 30mph, 50 degree turn. On Dry pavement, don’t even attempt unless you have the tires for it.
