Should I work out twice a day?

I currently work out about five times per week, but only once a day. I have about 10kg that I want to lose still and I was wondering whether anybody else had the experience that working out twice a day made them lose weight faster?

Once a day is enough, if you’re doing it five times a week. Doing it twice a day can tire your muscles out and they will get harder to tone up (and help you burn fat in the process) when they are tired.

This is why you don’t do the same exercises each day to try to maximize muscle toning and recovery periods.
