Should I get paid for this?

In two weeks I’m petsitting a dog, (pug puppy) two cats, two hermit crabs, three birds, and a fish. Should I get paid for this? I know this may sound arrogant or selfish, but my dad said I can’t take care of their animals unless I get paid. I could care less anyway, because I work at an animal shelter. (volunteer) but I want to take care of the animals whether I get paid or not. But the puppy will be a lotta work.

Answer #1

Don’t really know. Depends, ask yourself if you was expecting to get paid when you took the job? You volunteer so it should really want to look after animals, it seems like you didn’t expect to get paid.If whoever your petsitting for asked you with out offrening cash, just wanted a favaour, I dont think they think you want paying ethier way. it might p!ss the person you petsitting for if you ask for money. if they offer you money, then take it or hint sutley

Answer #2

whoever asked you to provide this service for them should not be offended when you expect compensation.

Answer #3

Answer #4
