Should I ask him to Marry me?

Thanks emememem for the advise it really really helps. The reason I asked if I should ask him is because he asked me in the beginning of the year if we can get married or rather engaged later this year.

Doesnt’ matter - if he honestly loved you as much as you say he does - he would not leave you. Have you ever though that maybe that was just an excuse. Guys rarely tell you the REAL reason they dump you. They all have lines.

I think you should give him time. NEVER I repeat NEVER rush into anything like marriage. It could all come crashing back down on you. But anyways, give him a couple of days then talk to him and tell him how you feel. If he knows how you feel he might not want to leave you. Also, if you love is really true, it will be able to stay strong through anything. Maybe him leaving for awhile will be the best thing because it will test your love. If you guys make it through this than you know that you both truly love each other with all your heart.

Why would you ask someone to marry you when they are leaving you?
