How can I shape my inner thighs?

I’ m 13 and I have sorta big inner thighs. is there a way that I can shape them up pretty quickly. (as quick as possible) thanks!!

I also have the same problem and im 13 to I think its mostly our age group that is more self councious about are thighs but what I do is I run a lot and just a lot of exersizes with my legs like toe touches and stuff like that.

I have basically big thighs my self i had became lazy to workout so mine are not tight but they say running and dancing and doing aerobics workouts might help trying it and see how that works

the fact that you want such a quick fix and to only one part of your body tells me that you have no clue how to lose weight. do research online.. the more u question the more you learn. but that requires ambition and desire:(

Start running regularly. If you run about a mile a day, on a treadmill or outside, for a week, your thighs will get much more firm and shapely. Just make sure that if you want them to stay that way, that you keep up your exercising routiene. And pay attention to what you eat–healthy things are good for losing body fat, on your thighs or anywhere.

um its called exercising,, spose most people dont know that now days were just a nation of fat hunk’s of crap. maybe lypo suction just to get ridd of that few extra 100 kg,s
