What is a good workout for your iner thighs?I want a little space between my legs, but I don’t wanna lose my but in the proses.

It is really hard to just loose weight from a certain area and it is almos timpossible for most girls to get a thigh gap because how their hips are shaped. Do cardio exercises like running which will help tone your legs. There are also certain exercises that you can do to tone your inner thigh.

One is scissor kicks. Lay flat on your back have your legs together and raise them into the air and separate them to the sides then bring them back together.

Another one is preformed by sitting on the floor with your legs extended forward in front of your and together. Cross over your right leg over your left so your heel is next to your knee but not touching. Roll over to your side so you are resting on your hip but you legs are still in front of your forming an L shape. Then you take the leg that is resting on the ground and bring it up. Be sure to keep your foot straight and pointed towards the wall. If you do this right it really works your inner thighs.
