School transfers

I have a chance to go to a better high school my junior and senior year… I would be leaving all of my friends and family to live with my older sister. I would live in a big city. what should I do?

Answer #1

Be you. I’ve never had to deal with this but the most important thing to to make friends by being yourself. Have fun with your new environment, but stay out of trouble. Lol. Good luck.

Answer #2

heyy well I sure dont live in a big city, but I recently had to move. and im torn between twos schools, the new local high school and my last school the Charter School. hhmm maybe a bigger city, more opportunities and more people. unless you’re not a people person with the whole socializing thing. than maybe not. haha actually im in the 3rd house, 3 times moving.

and im thinking about going to the other high school. ((the local one)) but maybe thats just me, open to change.

Answer #3

Just be yourself… Good Luck!

Answer #4

Honestly I would not transfer. See its not the highschool that matters when applying to college generally. Its your grades and your SAT or ACT scores. You will do far better on these however if you are in a comfortable environment that you can learn the easiest in. Readjusting to another school could throw off your learning with unneeded social and personal stresses.
