How soon can you transfer to another college?

I am about to go to college and I know I wont be there but maybe 4 weeks. I want to transfer to a 2 year college rather than a long 4 year that I am going to go to in a few days. How soon or how many days do you have to go to school before you can transfer? Can I drop out of the college and then enroll in a 2 year college without having to send in my high school transcripts?

you would have to talk to your college that you are going to about that. because different colleges have different times you can transfer. also you need to tell them what college you want to go to.
