Are there rights or laws to protect an ex-con from being discriminated against solely base on the fact that you are a convicted felon?

No. Life long black balling is the real reason you don’t want a criminal record.

I don’t think so… I think they have a right to deny you a job but I’ll check.

depend on the type of job. and what he was convicted of. I know it is harder to get grant money for school. let me know what you find out!!!
