Ummm….ok first go to your anti virus and ask for it to scan your computer, if that isn’t working you’ll have to get your original windows CD and reinstall windows. It gets pretty technical and you should get somewhere to back up your original files first like an external harddrive or another computer.

Try avast anti virus or AVG free. They are both ok and should work.

I would also suggest getting Maleware Bytes. Its free and is fantastic. It saved by computer twice this year when I got a bad virus and my stupid Nortons that I paid $100 a year didn’t work.

Well first off you DO NOT! need to reformat I recommend window washer it cleans any files that might be considered a threat and it also deletes any files you haven’t used in ages, along with small bits that stay stuck in your hard drive even after you delete the program or file completely, although THIS IS NOT AN ANTI-VIRUS! it just helps your computer run clean and smooth
