Yes. And I hope it does. More money would go to the state instead of drug dealers, the weed would be safer and more regulated and we would have more money for education. Even if it remains illegal people are still gonna do what they want.

California has been the first state to do alot of things so there is a good chance it will. It might as well be legal. The DEA gets it’s funding from alcohol and tobacco revenue so, the man don’t care WHAT substance your using but rather WHO’S substance. I’d rather see people use grass than meth or some of the other very dangerous and destructive substances out there.
