What is the problem when there is no power to the PC with the battery or the adapter being plugged in?

Either the adapter isnt working or the outlet isnt providing any power. Or the battery is dead.

Most likely you need to replace the battery, or the charger is somehow broken.

You probably need a new battery if your power in your home is working fine.
