Camera problem

I have a digital camera, a kodak easy shareV1253, and when I go to review or look at my pictures it says unreconized file format, and wont display my pics. What wrong with it? I charged it, tried plugging it into my comp., and taking out the battery, nothing’s working. What do I have to do??? My pics are gone forever are they? they were good photos too! Thanx

I cant take it back, my grandma gave it to me when I was visiting her. she lives in Ill. and im her in MN

take it back to the place you got it. they can replace it if you have a warrenty or fix the problem
