hello i got a problem with my external hardrive. i dropped my seagate go flex n its been beeping since. does anyone know how to fix it?

you can open it up and see if any of the connectors have disconnected

Stick the HDD in the freezer for about 8 hours, directly plug it into your PC, hopefully it will run and you can save your data (actually worked for me a few times)

attach it to your PC as a slave and see if it is recognized, if yes, the cases wiring may be busted
