Pregnant and cant stop eating

Im almost 6 months pregnant and I just cant stop eating. I eventually stop when I get really full to the point where I feel like I cant move and im going to blow up. Im always eating everything, even if im not hungry. What can I do to calm down with the eating and just eat when im hungry?!

Answer #1

When I was pregnant, I ate a lot of grapes. They are small, so its easy to be constantly munching between meals. They have a ton of water, so you feel full, but it isn’t too fattening. Check with your doctor to make sure you are on track with your weight.
