OK…HOW ABOUT IF you DONT EAT NOTHING IN 1 DAY AND YOU EXERCISE a lot WILL YOU LOSE WEIGHT???
no all youll be doing is depriving your body of food food is fuel without fuel your body wont be able to do anything youve got nothing to run on its a very stupid idea
I think I agree more with jamo but you would probably lose like 1 pound and then gain two back along with a headace just drink water/greentea and eat healty.
Probably not as much as you want. But you may loose a couple of pounds? Just eat right everyday and exercise. Not eating is not healthy and not a good way to loose weight.
Well at first it may seem like your losing a few pounds. But your body will have went into starvation mood so its storing fat. By the time you start eating again and your metabolism comes back you will gain all the weight back, you might gain more weight than what you weighed before. Lets just say I wouldnt recommend it.
Not really, as you will put your body into “starvation mode”, in other words: your body will try its hardest to preserve its fat storage, and when you do eat again it will put that energy into fat storage (gain the weight back.)
OK SENSE your MY SISTER AND ALL…LOL THEN I THINK you SHOULD EAT AND THEN EXCERSISE…YOUR BODY NEEDS TO KEEP RUNNIN AND IT NEEDS FOOD TO DO THAT…PLUS your NOT EVEN NEAR FAT…LUV YA SIS!!

If you don’t eat for 1 (ONE) day but do drink water, you may loose a pound or so, but you are also going to trigger your body to go into a ‘starvation mode’ where your metabolism will slow down. That means your weight loss will slow down, and what ever you do eat will be immediately stored as fat to guard against the “starvation” that your body thinks is coming. Much better to eat less calories - 1500 or so - and exercise more. That way your body will maintain or increase your metabolism, and you will be burning more calories than you eat. yea your lose but you will be very week .. you may lose about 3 - 4 pounds but you will lose mostly water
