How many pills do you get when buying the morning-after pill?

does it come in a pack or like singles?

Answer #1

It might depend on the pill but with Plan B you get 2 pills. When my Girlfriend and I went the box said take 12 hours apart but planned parenthood said take them both at the same time. hope this helps.

Answer #2

You get two pills one you take immediately and then 6 hrs later you take the second one but you have to take it with in 36 hrs of unprotected sex bc the pill is not an ab.rtion pill and if the sperm has reached the egg the pill will not do anything but after taking the pill you will have pregnant like symptoms…hope this helps oh and it’s like $60 :)

Answer #3

It depends what brand/type you get. Usually there seem to be 2 pills (as one dosage, one pill then the other 6 hours later) but I have used one with 1 pill which was a lot easier. If you’re asking whether you can get multi-packs or not, I don’t think you can. You shouldn’t make a habit of using ECP too often. It’s an emergency pill and shouldn’t be used as a regular form of birth control Also remember it doesn’t protect against STDs and STIs.

Answer #4

several of them.

Answer #5

i thought u cud wait 72 houres?

Answer #6

if its the generic brand you get two pills taken 12 hours apart. If it is the main brand its only one pill suggested you take within 72 hours of having sex or as soon as possible.

Answer #7

the generic brand gives you two. the main brand gives you one suggesting you take it within 72 hours or as soon as possible.

Answer #8

Doctors currently advise that the morning-after pill ought to be given as soon as attainable, ideally inside twenty four hours. If the morning-after pill does not work and a lady becomes pregnant unexpectedly, there seems to be no issues to the unborn baby – though it’s impractical to provide an absolute guarantee of this.
