pet ghecko help

I have a pet, ghecko/lizard, and was wondering if I have to keep the light over him all day, and night or only during certain time of day?

turn it off at night

they are used to hot days and cooler nights in the wild. call your local pet shop and ask what they recommend

I got it at a fare, not a pet store, its a rare ghecko/lizard mix. yellow, and bright orange

Calling your local pet shop for advice will help even if you didn’t buy it there. If they really care for animals, they would help you. Maybe even try calling the RSPCA.
