How to stop my period cramps?

gauush I started my period this mornig and it sucks… really bad. casue I have these god awful cramps like I’ve never had any other time I’ve been on my period. any adviceon what to do I’ve took midol and tried laying in a ball but its just not helpionng

Periods usally only last a few days!

the best way I found was a hot water bottle a pain relife tab and a hot drink :D
