How do people flush their toilets if they have a phobia of the sound the toilet pump makes?
While covering their ears or just take your ipod with you & put it on full blast :D
They don’t :D If it’s yellow let it mellow… And I guess they sh!t outside like a dog :) Voilà! No flushy noise :)
They will either not flush it at all :S or flush it then run away before it gets really loud (which is what I used to do when I was a little girl).

People have various coping methods. Believe me there are weird rituals people will perform to avoid. They may run out of the room. Have someone else do it. Use bathrooms outside the home.
earmuffs? earplugs? make something that could muffle the sound?
Crap in the tub and try to ram it down the drain with the handle of a plunger. Maybe use some Drain-O to make sure it’s down.

They wouldn’t. If someone truly had that phobia, they would probably try to avoid toilet seats themselves as much as possible, but I guess this is just a joke question anyway, so whatever. I don’t really think phobias are funny.
