Can a penguin be domesticated?

I remember seeing a documentary or something a long time ago, where this guy had a penguin and he had a backpack with money and would walk to a little corner store and the owners would take the money and already know what the penguins owner wanted, and would then put it in the backpack and off went the penguin, I’ve always wanted a penguin since then. I think the guy was disabled

Yes a penguin could be domesticated after a few generations of being handled by humans, but I doubt you would be able to provide the right environment for it.
