Which part does the girl with the dragon tattoo get interesting?

I’ve started reading the Girl with the dragon tattoo, and its being pretty boring. I have so many good comments about the books, so i really want to continue reading. But right now its been pretty boring. Can anyone tell me when the plot starts getting interesting?

maybe a 1/3 to halfway into the novel, it starts to take off. it’s a slow build, but it finishes strong. keep at it.

lol at the start i was seriously losing the will to live, a chunk of the first book i’d say around the first half is confusing and boring but it’s worth it!
