Junk Food is not good for you. Contains a lot of chemicals/Presertatives. Walking is the very “Best” way to lose weight. Stay off the pop. You can put on 12 # a year if you drink pop.

Ignore fumanchu. DRINK A LOT!!! Trust me, it helps a lot with a diet.

You can also try green tea, it’s really good, and boosts your metabolism by 4%! And use this to help count your calories:

w=your weight e=the minutes you’ve exercised

w15+e3.5= Calories burnt in a day

Sorry, I’m sorta a math geek.

Also, don’t eat any salty foods. But you can treat yourself to a little bit of junk food. I’d say 1-2 times a week, because it’s really not bad to eat it once in a while. And dividing 3 big meals into 6 small meals helps a lot, too!
