yes this can happen if his finger nails are too long and are actually scratching you.. tell him to cut his nails before he does it next and the pain should be gone :) another possibility is he broke your hymen somehow.. if that is the case then the pain shouldnt continue next time :) either way the pain and blood should not reoccur if he cuts his nails before you do it again :)
