91jchevy87ec…on the food label it says “calories from fat”…otherwise known as “fat calories” lol

everything has some fat calories, except water, I think lol. you would probably get thinner.

well some fats are good for you so you have to watch out for that. I wouldnt eat without fat calories because that could cause major damage.

you would be going no where. you may even gain over time your body needs calories to function even if you eat every meal and then go burn off everything you eat that day in the gym or something, you’ll loose weight ( not recommended). As long as you eat healthy balanced meals and cut back on the snacking, you’ll be fine
