What is the nail cutters called for dogs?

I’ve seen it on tv, you turn it on and stick the puppy’s nails in it and it sort of sands them down… what is it called and where can I get it? My puppy is starting to look like Freddy Krueger and this groomer said she can’t cut his nails because he’s under 4 months (never heard of that but okay) :)

i do think there just called nail clippers… the guillotine type of clippers seems to be getting the best reviews.. you prob get them from any good pet shop or of course on the net

normal dog clippers are called nail clippers but ur looking for the new thing that files the dogs nails carfully its called pedi paws u can find it at walmart for like 20 bucks cheaper then most online stores hop i helped
