My friend lost weight

My best friend used to be obese, and I have always been thinner. During the last year or so though, he started working out and eating healthier has lost it all. Now we kinda switched and I don’t like it. How do I deal with this? How did this happen?

how do you deal with it? well you should be happy for him, he was obese, now hes changed his life and has become healthier, loosing weight in the process you shouldnt be upset just because he lost weight and you didnt, you should be happy for him freindship isnt about being the skinniest or having fatter friends than you to make you feel better about yourself deal with it and accept it, be happy for him if your overweight you too could get healthier and loose some weight if your mad about it then really your just jelouse but theres no reason to be jelouse unless you didnt consider him as a real friend being jelouse from that would only show that you wanted a fat friend to make yourself look good
