My dogs keeps being sick

My westie is 2 and hes sick once or twice every week or so. He shakes then throws up yellow froth!! Hes eatting but not as much as he did and he hasnt got the runs. Is it normal for him to be sick? He doesnt eat anything outside the house like twigs or anything. A few weeks ago I came down stairs in the morning to fiond that he had the mega runs all over the living room and kitchen. Another puppy that was in his litter of had the same parents had liver desease should I be worried about him? Any advice?

I Adopted My Dog From The Pound And He Had Kennell Cough, The Day We Got Him We Took Him Home And He Was Find. He Ate A Whole Bunch Of Food. The Next Day He Was Like Basically Dying On Us. We Took Him To The Vet And They Said That He Had Namonia And That He Had To Get And I.V. And So Forth. He Had To Stay There For 3 Days. When I Brough Him Home He Wouldn’t Eat… All He Would Eat Was Bread. Well About 3 Days Ago He Ate Like A Pig. The Next Day, He Ate A Little Bit. Now He Is Not Eatting At All Again… Oh And They Gave Him Amoxcicillan 250 And Doxcycycolin 50. The Amoxcicillain Is Gone. The Doxciycolin I Have Like 3-4 Left. Is This Normal When Dogs Are On Meds Or Not. Should I Take Him Back To The Vetr Or What???

The yellow stuff is bile, and is usually not an emergency. Dividing their food into two meals can help with this…also, feeding a dog bisquit or something between meals can help. Barfing bile seems to happen when they are hungry (before they are fed, or between meals)…
