How do I make my mum change her mind about my boyfriend house rule?

My mum has made a house rule in which my boyfriend only comes round 2 days a week when i am use to spending every day with him somehow wether im at his house or at mine or at collage.But now i dont get to see him for about 3 days a week :’(. I tidy the house on my collage days off,I help my mum out and im doing really good in collage a which is a lot more than my older sister does and her rule is that her boyfriend cant come round on thursdays because she is late for collage :/ I really want my mum to recosider because it really does upset me and i miss aiden dreadfully when im not with him.We are both looking for jobs so we can get put on the housing list but in the meantime? and i cry all day on my days off as i miss him so much. How can i make her change her mind and show how important he is in my life???

I’ve had the same problem with my mum but I understand its for your benefit that you do your college work. Try and speak to her and say if you spend more time revising he’s allowed to come round the next day or later on that night. I know it’s hard when you are used to being together but even switching your phone off while you study and telling him you’ll speak to him in a few hours, it can really help. You need a good balance in your life, and i think two days a week is quite reasonable, and moving out won’t help you with your college work, neither will getting a job

I think you need some time apart, so that you can learn to be comfortable by yourself as well. Healthy Balance. It is unhealthy to be clingy and codependant.
