Why did my McDonald's drive-through breakfast sandwich this morning cost 3.02, and the one yesterday at Arby's was 2.02?

Being one of 20 cars in line I wonder how many people were digging for pennies. Cant the big wigs figure out that even money is more time efficient and would pay off in the long run?

Answer #8

Here’s a nice thought … our government is considering doing away with pennies altogether - it actually costs more to mint them than they’re worth! Anyway, in those types of situations, I just toss them a nickel and let them do whatever they want with the remaining 3 cents … it’s certainly not going to bankrupt me ;)

Answer #9

arbys FTW! but whatever they can do to get more money in their pockets -.-

Answer #10

Good one. I leave pennies on the counter and quite often loose change goes in donation jars, I guess may be why I never have it when I need it so I’m breaking bills all the time.

Ha ha ha ha ha!
