Math 96 is really useful?

I have to do math 96 because is mandatory, I want to study travel and tourism but I wonder if people that going to study travel and tourism or any carrer will use linear equations ,inequalities equation of a line and all that stuff in real life or is just a waste of time to study all these formulas and equations.

No matter which math you take, you’ll always learn equations that you will never use in your life. That’s why I’ve always hated math, seems pointless. But I guess you really don’t have a choice, you have to learn it either way to complete the final exam successfully.
