Low Cal Foods??

I know some might think its sad to ask this question cause everyone should love themselves- lalaa… But iam going on holiday to spain in July, so needless to say, I probably wont be wearing clothes that ofen and would like to shape up in the next couple of months.

SO I was wondering if there are any specific low cal foods I could use to replace what I would normally snack on (toast, chocolate, crisps etc)

K- BARS APPLES
EAT 1200 TO 1400 CAL PER DAY AND HAVE 2 SNACKS (FRUITS ,CARROTS,CUCUMBER,K-BARS) AND DOO SOME JUMPING JACKS ABOUT 50 TO 75 A DAY ULLLOSSE ABOUT 5 TO 9 KILOS IN LIKE4 WEEKS

-Carrot Sticks and Hummus -Cottage Cheese mixed with hot sauce - dip bell pepper slices in it -Sliced Apples -Celery -Frozen Grapes -Rasberries -Rice Cakes -Dill Pickles (only 5 cals per spear) -Boiled Eggs - yolks removed -Pita Bread and Grilled Chicken -Use lettuce instead of bread - put in turkey and mustard, wrap it up. -Air Popped Pop Corn -Almonds -Sugar Free Jello -Sweet Potato Fries -Stir-fry made only with soy sauce and veggies -Puffed wheat cereal
