Losing weight in the stomach

I’m 40yrs old and I need to know how to lose weight in the stomach area without going on a diet?

tummy tuck. or the cheap way is to do an abundance of stomach excercise and enough cardio to burn more calories than you eat. no mystery pill or herbal remedy is going to work.

just saw your picture. you sure don’t look 40. maybe you should buy some clothing that accentuates your best features. a top with bunching under the bust will slim your whole body. fitted shirts also enhance a slim waist.

You need both excercise and a healthy low fat diet. The excercise should be 15 to 20 minutes of aerobics/cardio then 50 to 200 stomach crunches 3 times a week.

Why the fear of the word diet?? It’s shouldn’t mean fasting and completely depriving yourself of the food you like. There are WAY too many healthy foods out there you can eat and not go hungry. And everything in moderation is a good way to go. Moderation is hard to do in this day and age of Super Sized everything, but it can be done. I started by eating most of my meals from the freezer section of the store. They do the portion size control for me, so I don’t need to try and figure it out. Lean Cuisine and Weight Watchers have some really good meals, add a salad with it, and you have a really good, proportioned meal! Don’t be afraid of the word diet, it’s a good thing,and it will help you lose the tummy!!
