Lose stubborn bellyfat?

I’m skinny everywhere but my stomach and my arms! I’m just like wide. Any advice on how to lose it?

bellydance! its really fun and aims to tightenn your abs, hips and butt if you dont want to take classes, you can order exercise DVDs of it and do it at home its really fun, I totally recommend it!
