Lose 50lbs in 2 months
Ok I want to lose 50lbs in 2 months. :] Need good exercise plans. Dont say its impossible. -.- B/c my friends are living proof. I’m already fasting for 5 days and running every 2 hrs. Starting at 5 am. And 400 sit ups a day.(200 at a time) Any more ideas??
well I used to say that when I was addicting to drinking… its not like this one drink will kill me… but eventually it catches up wit you and takes over your whole life and thats all you can think about
First off Fasting is not really a good diet plan on a good diet plan you should lose between 3 and 7 pounds a month. . . 50lbs is unrealistic and unhealth. . The big problem with lose weight quick diets is it comes back and you lose muscle mass with it. Stay away from the sodas and sweets drink lots of water and juice along with someting like power aide You big meal should be breakfast while your lunch is smaller and your dinner even smaller. .

well the only thing that would do that is anorexia. you need to stop worrying about your weight. your going to be very unhealthy. just focus on losing maybe ten lbs then go from there. please dont do anything stupid.
maybe you should do yoga or learn that you are beautiful no matter how much you weigh

Well I Was Planing On Only Eating Super. Making It Small. And Its Not Unhealthy Because I’ve Asked My Doctor About It, She Said To Go For It.:p
You need a new doctor.
Even with the fact that I am completely inactive, my doc will not let me go lower than 1000 cals a day. And when I say I am inactive I really mean I don’t do anything but sit here on this computer all day long then I go to sleep. You look like you are a normal active teenager so your basic metabolic rate is going to be higher than mine. You need to feed your body.
If you are serious and want to lose weight and keep it off and not go through life losing the same 10-15 pounds over and over then I suggest you make some changes now. Try getting why our calories up to around 1200. Eat more fruits and veggies. Drink lots of water. Get up and move. Find some kind of cardio exercise that you like, Power walking, stair mater, treadmill. Something that will get your heart rate up. And please, PLEASE, forget about crash diets.

Ah Well That Was A Joke . ^^; My Point Is. Its Not The Healthiest Thing To Do. But Its Not Like Im Going To Die.
If you want better advice, give us better information. Like how much you currently weigh and how tall you are.
